 Emmy award winning hair stylist and owner of Matthew Ray Salon, Matthew splits his time between several television shows, the salon, and guest appearances as a celebrity hair stylist.  Matthew practices a diverse approach to working with hair, he believes that each person deserves something of their own.  His work consists of a thorough consulations, and an in-depth look into the history of the hair.  His signature way of doing hair combines stucture, science, and finishing.  He insists his passion and creativity is brought forth from his  clients and friends who are always looking for something new and exciting.  Matthew is currently working as a hairdresser on Days of Our Lives and is the hairdresser for Allison Sweeney on The Biggest Loser.   Matthew and James just recently just adopted their newest dog, Pepe an abandoned chihuahua / border collie mix.

James Jordan is currently working for KMS California as Product Innovation and Web & Social Media Content and Development Manager.  In this role, he develops and designs innovation in education strategies and product development with Marketing and R&D. At the same time he is responsible for creating content and connecting with Client Focused Hair Style & Retail Experts through online activities. Most recently he has been elected to the Professional Beauty Association's Professional Beauty (NCA) Leadership Council.  Featured as one of the top 30 colorists in America in Self magazine, you are assured that James will deliver the color you are looking for!  For the past 20 years James has focused on Chemical Services and is sought after by hairdressers for advanced training seminars.  The many credits to his talent include Hairdressing for global campaigns, such as Wella's Koleston Perfect Redvolutions, Liquid Hair Backstage, Color Touch Sunlights, various trade magazines and television shows. Elsa has been in business for 25 yrs.  She has for worked in research and development in the following companies-Redken, Sebastian Int'l and Image Labs. She worked on  the Redken Shades EQ project. She also has worked under Wayne Grund/Dr. Lee Hunter, Dr. Hayel Said (Magma project), Steve Goddard(Pravana).
